Deliveries that Require Signature

If your delivery is over $1,000 we require a signature for delivery regardless. These requirements are for your protection. If you would like to arrange delivery to a UPS location call our store at (410) 742-3256.

Since jewelry is often given for engagement and special occasions, we will be extremely flexible to help you create a magical surprise. We can expedite your delivery for a fast-approaching special occasion, or we can ship your order to an address other than your home to help you maintain your surprise. And please don’t hesitate to contact one of our diamond and jewelry consultants for any special requests.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days to contact us to set up a return. Its that simple. No RMA’s, or red tape to get caught up in. The only requirement we have is that the item you are returning is in like new condition. No scratches or signs of wear/abuse.

We are not a warranty station for the various products we sell. However, items that require warranty service within the first 30 days from delivery, can be sent back to us and a replacement will be shipped out immediately. All other warranty claims should be sent to the respective manufacturers warranty location. In some instances, we can provide information concerning that location to a customer.

If your order contains the purchase of a ring, we will contact you for exact size measurements. Or, if you are in the area we will be happy to size the ring for you in the store.


If a customer cancels an order more than 2 hours after it has been placed, we reserve the right to charge up to a 20% re-stocking fee when refunding the customer. Placement of an order sets into place accounting and warehousing processes and sometimes involves communications with our suppliers. The re-stocking charge will allow us to recoup our costs associated with the canceled order.


We believe in getting your orders to you as fast as we can. All orders are shipped with our next day’s processing. In the rare case of an out of stock condition, please allow an absolute minimum of 7 business days for delivery. You will be notified immediately in the event that this occurs. Every attempt will be made to receive, process and ship an out of stock item within 1 week. If an out of stock item is not received in 2 weeks, we will contact you and explain the particulars and offer possible alternatives.
